Linear wave shaping: diode wave shaping techniques, clipping and clamping circuits. Comparator circuits, switching circuits; Pulse transformers, pulse transmission, pulse generation, monostable, bistable and astable multivibrators, Schmitt trigger, blocking oscillators and time-base circuit, Timing circuits, Simple voltage sweeps.
